Wall Unit
L’obiettivo di questo workshop è scoprire come impostare un’intera lezione su questo attrezzo. Scopriremo come creare una lezione fluida che metta gli allievi in sfida seguendo la progressione coricati – seduti – in piedi.

Jump Board
Per una volta un attrezzo che non ci è stato lasciato da Joseph Pilates! Quando fu proposto le prime volte, Romana decise di sfruttarne le possibilità e di farne uno degli attrezzi preferiti della sua scuola. Ci sono tuttora dei dubbi su quando utilizzare la jumpboard durante un workout e su come strutturare una sequenza con essa. Questo workshop vi farà saltare!

Wunda
Un workshop per imparare ad insegnare ai nostri clienti una lezione intera su questo attrezzo che Joe stesso definì “il Reformer da casa”. Vedremo le diverse varianti per costruire una sequenza logica da una piattaforma più stabile fino ad arrivare ad un livello sempre più instabile!

Small to ladder Barrel
I diversi barrel costruiti da Joe servano a guidare il cliente verso una progressiva apertura di due zone normalmente molto tese. Stiamo parlando della zona anche-bacino e del cingolo scapolare! Questo workshop ci porterà a scoprire tutto il panorama di esercizi sulle diverse barrel!

BOB LIEKENS
Bob Liekens was born in Belgium . Because of his dance carrier he relocated to New York in 1983. That same year he started his Pilates training at Romana’s Pilates Studio.
In 1986 Romana invited him to start teaching at her studio. Bob has been teaching now for thirty years .
Meanwhile, fascinated by the Graham technique he enrolled in their teacher training course .
In 1991 he became one of the first certified teachers at the Graham school.
In 1993 , in collaboration with Romana he co created the first Pilates teacher training program , and assisted her writing the Manual.
Since then he leads National and International teacher training seminars ,workshops and continuing education weekends worldwide.
Bob also practices Yoga and became a certified teacher in 1999. Bob still lives and teaches in New York.
