F.A.Q.

The following are answers to the questions most frequently asked by our loyal customers.

Delivery methods available:

1) By courier with added costs for packaging and transport.
2) By our technical staff, with added costs to be calculated according to the delivery destination.
3) Collection by the customer from our headquarters in Vigevano, with no added costs.

Normally for large equipment delivery times are around 3-4 weeks,
while for smaller equipment and accessories, we deliver in no more than 2-3 weeks
If the courier finds no-one at home to receive the goods, a failed delivery notification will be left, and another attempt will be made the following day. If the second attempt also fails, the order will be taken and held at your nearest branch.
You can arrange for a the shipment to be delivered again by contacting the branch at the telephone number written on the notification card left by the courier.

Costs for storage of undelivered goods are at the customer’s expense, and must be paid to the courier at the time of delivery.

When you receive the package from the courier, you should check:
a) that the package is intact, not damaged or wet, and generally conforms to the characteristics expected of a package;
b) that the number of packages indicated on the consignment note corresponds with the number of packages delivered;
N.B.: Any non-conformities must be immediately raised with the courier and put in writing on the consignment note; failing this, the product is considered to have been correctly delivered.
The consignment note will be handed to you by the courier.
Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of delivery, with the exception of all parts subject to wear (such as springs, padding, rubber and plastic parts).

The large equipment found on our website is delivered in wooden crates to avoid damage during transportation, while smaller equipment and accessories are delivered in specific cardboard packages.
Assembly of equipment such as the Reformer, Reformer combo, Cadillac and Wall Unit, takes between 30 and 60 minutes as shown in the instructions included in the manuals enclosed in the packaging.
For the Cadillac and Wall Unit a spanner is included with the product, again enclosed within the packaging.
All other equipment is delivered ready-assembled.
