Studio Pilates Lodi is hosting Jacobo Gómez, an international Classical Pilates instructor, for three days dedicated to the practice and in-depth study of the Contrology System.
The weekend kicks off on Friday, November 6, with private and semi-private sessions, continuing on Saturday, November 7, and Sunday, November 8, with Mat classes and 9 hours of workshops covering the Cadillac/Tower, Spine Corrector, and Reformer.
This special event also celebrates the Reformer’s 100th anniversary, exploring a fundamental concept:
“The Reformer is powerful, but it doesn’t work alone. It is the System that makes it complete.”
