TECNOPILATES with Heritage Pilates Studio Lugano will be present on Friday 2nd July at the “Rally 4 Regioni” event with the “Drivers and Pilates” exhibition stand at the Hotel Milano in Salice Terme, Italy. The “Drivers and Pilates” event, organized by TecnoPilates and Heritage Pilates Studio, will be dedicated to the advantages of practicing Pilates in the world of car racing.
Irene Menegazzo – Classical Pilates teacher from Heritage Pilates Studio, Lugano – will illustrate the practice of Pilates and the related body improvements through the use of the Reformer and other classic apparatus, applied to the specific case of drivers in car competitions.
